Privacy Policy

Who controls your information

Superself Ltd., trading as Superself Labs (“Superself Labs”, “we”, “us”), is the controller of personal data collected through superself.ai and arc.superself.ai. This policy covers the websites and enquiries for Arc services.

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, role, the meeting, pitch, or recurring challenge you describe, relevant dates and timing, your choices in the form, marketing preference, and any other information you enter. We also receive basic submission context such as landing-page URL, referrer, language, timezone, and campaign parameters.

We use this information to respond, assess fit and capacity, arrange service access, maintain enquiry records, and—only if separately selected—send occasional updates. The usual bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in managing genuine business enquiries, and consent for optional marketing.

Optional analytics and session replay

Only after you accept analytics, PostHog may collect page and referrer URLs, interactions, timestamps, anonymous and session identifiers, browser, device, viewport and performance information, IP address and approximate location derived from it, and a replay of page interactions. Form inputs are masked in replay, and this website does not call PostHog’s identify method.

We use this information to understand aggregate use, improve navigation and content, and investigate usability problems. Consent is the basis for this optional processing. You can withdraw or change consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for browser-storage details.

Recipients and international processing

We use service providers to host the website and process enquiries. These currently include Netlify for website hosting and serverless form handling, Make for workflow automation, and Notion for enquiry records. Their processing locations and subprocessors are governed by their respective terms and data-processing arrangements.

PostHog processes optional analytics for the active project on its US Cloud. This may involve processing outside the EEA/UK. PostHog maintains information about its transfer safeguards and current subprocessors in its privacy materials. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

PostHog analytics events are currently configured for retention for up to 84 months. PostHog session recordings are configured for 30 days, although deletion after expiry may not be immediate. Consent records remain in your browser until removed, replaced by a new decision, or invalidated by a consent-version change.

Enquiry and service records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active service relationship, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or consent is otherwise withdrawn, subject to a minimal suppression record where needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing; receive portable data; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.

To make a request, use the enquiry form on superself.ai and state that it is a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Security and changes

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We may update this policy as our services or providers change; the date above shows the latest revision.
